Q. How long will my belt last?
A. Flat smooth belts need to be changed frequently. These types of belts usually will be good for up to 90 days before it stretches and starts to slip
Q. How much does a good vacuum cost?
A. Vacuums are like anything else...you get what you pay for. A good way to look at it is getting value for your dollar. Construction and materials used are two important elements when looking for a new vacuum.
Q. When should I replace my vacuum bag?
A. When the vacuum cleaner bag is 2/3 full it must be replaced. Excessive over filling of vacuum bags causes loss of suction, makes it difficult to remove from the cleaner, can result in breakage & spills and can cause permanent damage to the electric motor because of overheating.
Q. Can I buy an extended warranty through you?
A. We have a 10 year motor warranty available for any brand new vacuum purchased new through us.
Q. I never heard of that brand your selling.
A. We have several brands that we have sold for many years and are familiar with the quality and longevity of our products. If there are any defects in the material or workmanship we will stand behind what we sell.
Q. My vacuum cleaner keeps breaking belts. What could be wrong with it?
A. There may be something caught in the roller or maybe the new belt was installed improperly. Check to see if the roller turns by hand with the belt on, before you turn the machine on.
Q. How much will it cost to repair my vacuum?
A. We will provide you with an estimate by taking a look at your machine at no charge.
